Being a group leader or volunteer for International Student Orientation is

FUN!!!!!!!!!


Winter 2008 ISO

Orientation
Group Leader Training

 

When: Sunday

January 11, 7:30am - 6:00pm

Where: EMU Student Center

 

 

Please attend one of the following sessions:

Friday, January 9, 5:00pm- 6:00pm

Where: 244 EMU Student Center


 

Group leaders are expected to:

  • attend 1 training session
  • be available orientation day from 7:30AM until finished
  • email & contact their group members several times during the term

If you can't be a group leader, you can volunteer and assist the new international students in other ways including:

  • Giving campus tours
  • Assisting the new students with shopping and airport pick-up
  • Making signs
  • Stuffing orientation packets and bags
  • Taking pictures at orientation
