The Parking Department provides adequate parking and transportation services for Faculty, Staff, Students and Visitors while on Eastern Michigan University's Main Campus. EMU Parking Department oversees enforcement of parking regulations and traffic control, while managing parking hang tags sales, fines, gate receipts and meters.

Commuter hang tags for Winter 2015 are now available to be purchased online. Hang tags ordered on or before December 18, 2014 will be mailed. Hang Tags ordered after December 18, 2014 must be picked up at the Parking Department located at 1200 Oakwood on the next business day. Photo identification will be required to pick up the hang tag. The hours for online pick-ups will be as follows through January 23, 2015:
Monday through Friday 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Starting December 8, 2014 Commuter hang tags may be purchased in person at the Parking Department.
Commuter hang tags must be displayed on the rear view mirror by January 15, 2015. Any vehicle that is parked in a designated lot on or after January 15, 2015 without a valid hangtag, on the rear view mirror will be ticketed.
Residents (anyone living on campus) must have their hang tag displayed on the rear view mirror by January 7, 2015 and must be parked in designated Resident areas only. If a vehicle is parking in a resident area without a hang tag it will be ticketed.
SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION:
AAATA SHUTTLE #33 COLLEGE OF BUSINESS SERVICE: Last day of service for the Winter 2014 semester will be May 2, 2014. Shuttle service will not be provided during Summer Semester.
TRINITY SHUTTLE - RYNEARSON SERVICE: Last day of service for Winter 2014 will be April 28, 2014. Shuttle service will not be provided during Summer Semester.
