Facilities Maintenance

The Facilities Maintenance Department of Eastern Michigan University is dedicated to providing fast, friendly, quality service. As the maintenance arm of the Physical Plant, it is our goal to keep all University facilities maintained in a manner that is beneficial to a learning environment. We provide for the heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry needs of the University. Our team consists of skilled trades’ personnel and dedicated support staff focused on by Maintaining the Environment for Education First.
