Purpose

The purpose of the Physical Plant Quality Council (PPQC) committee is to improve processes.

The committee has been established for you to be heard. We are here to maintain a systematic approach to identifying, implementing, documenting, and improving processes for the Physical Plant Department at Eastern Michigan University

Process Improvement

We welcome your ideas on how to improve on issues of importance to you and your co-workers. How can we as a department improve our processes? Please keep in mind that along with your concerns we are also looking for your suggestion(s) on how to improve.

In order to receive consideration, please inform the commitee either by e-mail, by mail, or by submitting the online form. Along with your process improvement idea, please include a suggestion for a solution.
