UNIVERSITY POLICY STATEMENT:
The President is authorized to negotiate individual
employment agreements of a fixed term with the University's
Vice Presidents and Athletic Coaches. The maximum
term of such agreements shall be three (3) years.
In accordance with the powers of the Board of Regents,
final approval of appointments or removal of personnel
rests with the Board.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPLEMENTATION:
The President of the University has the sole responsibility
for implementation of this policy as it effects
the Vice Presidents of the University. The President
of the University or his/her designee is responsible
for the implementation of the policy as it effects
the Athletic Coaches of the University.
SCOPE OF POLICY COVERAGE:
This policy covers all Vice Presidents and Athletic
Coaches of the University.
