A student who is enrolled in classes at Eastern
Michigan University but not admitted to the University
through the regular admission process is considered
a nonmatriculated student.
A nonmatriculated student is admitted to take a
course or courses for one semester only. Subsequent
enrollments necessitate regular admission status.
