It is the responsibility of those going on a field trip or conference to be knowledgeable about insurance coverage and liability. Information on insurance coverage and liability can be obtained from the University’s Budget Office while information on the use of University vehicles can be obtained from the director of the Physical Plant Department.
The decision whether or not to release a student
from class is up to each instructor.
