The Public Administration Programs at EMU are focused primarily upon serving the needs of state and local governments and nonprofit organizations in Southeastern Michigan. We offer undergraduate majors in public administration and public safety administration (information on these programs may be accessed on the Political Science web pages), a graduate Master of Public Administration degree on campus in Ypsilanti and in Livonia at I-275 and 5 Mile Road, and eight graduate certificates in General Public Management, Public Personnel Management, Public Budget Management, Management of Public Healthcare Services, Public Land Planning & Development Management, Local Government Management, Public Policy Analysis, and Non-Profit Management.
