Biography
Dr. Janisse is a Professor of Psychology at Eastern Michigan University. As a developmental psychologist, she is interested in the development of health disparities among at-risk minority populations.

Research Interests
Research interests include the impact of the educational context and parent-child relationship on development of social, cognitive and health outcomes of at-risk youth (e.g., Head Start population), pediatric obesity, measurement and statistics.
