The Office of Program & Catalog Maintenance plans,
organizes, and coordinates academic program maintenance
activities and biennial academic catalog production and
distribution, to include:
Ensures academic programs and courses as represented
in the academic records database (Banner) and presented
by the academic departments are in accordance with faculty
decisions as determined by the Course and Program Development
(CPD) system.
Directs the updating and producing of the University's
graduate and undergraduate catalogs. Ensures all courses,
programs, and policies are accurately presented.
Primary liaison between the Provost, the
academic colleges and departments, Enrollment Services,
and Student Affairs for program maintenance issues,
catalog updates and publication, and identification
and resolution of policy and procedural issues and oversights.
Conducts program maintenance and catalog training
and provides updates as needed.
