Biz World 101

The Program

The BizWorld 101 program has been designed for individuals with non-business backgrounds or education, to provide the essentials and a basic introduction to the world of business. Participants will develop an understanding of the functions, language and culture of business including budgeting and finance, managing self and others, interpersonal skills and presentations, customer service, strategy and business etiquette.

Who should attend?

This program would be ideal for entry level employees or employees or supervisors who require a basic understanding of business functions.

Program Format

The sixteen program modules can be delivered in a flexible format to meet the workload needs of your organization. Participants will receive a non-credit certificate in Applied Business that will serve as an indicator to current and future employers or management of their knowledge base and career initiative.
