Developing Corporate Entrepreneurship Who Should Attend? Mid-level and/or senior managers who are interested in building a competitive advantage through the creation of new ideas to meet the needs of a rapidly changing environment and/or those who are interested in developing an organization which can turn innovative ideas into organizational realities Program Format and Content This 3 day workshop will assist participants in evaluating the entrepreneurial culture and climate in their organization, identify the barriers to entrepreneurial activity, and develop a framework for overcoming those barriers and fostering entrepreneurial activity. This program is highly interactive with brainstorming sessions, breakout discussion groups, and a series of assessments and exercises designed to help you:
Pre-Program Assessment Participants will be asked to complete a Corporate Entrepreneurship Audit Day One Evaluate the Corporate Entrepreneurship Audit to identify internal barriers to entrepreneurial activity and potential opportunities in the environment Day Two Building structures and systems that encourage entrepreneurship such as entrepreneurial teams and proactive strategies Day Three Turning great ideas into reality, implementing ongoing entrepreneurial policies and practices |
