Program Format and Content
This 2 day workshop will show
you how to develop the practices, policies, and people to put creativity
to work throughout your organization. Participants will be introduced
to a straightforward framework that will allow you to assess your situation
and develop appropriate innovation processes.
This program is highly interactive
with "think tank" sessions,
breakout discussion groups, and a series of assessments and exercises
designed to help you:

Pre-Program Assessment
Participants will be asked to complete an assessment
of their creative style and competencies and an assessment of the creative
culture of their organization.
