Who Should Attend?

This program is designed for Human Resource professionals at all levels who are responsible for the design and implementation of   human resource strategies. This program is ideal for teams interested in gaining practical knowledge in designing and implementing practical strategies to address real HR issues confronting your organization.

Program Format and Content

This three day hands-on program will focus on integrating human resource strategy with business strategy.   Participants will acquire a framework that will assist them in integrating their organization's strategic challenges with human resource practices and strategies.   Participants will practice designing human resource strategies that link HR practices to the competitive environment.

This program is highly interactive with breakout discussion groups, roundtable discussions of specific issues, and a series of assessments, cases and exercises designed to help you:

  • Add short-term and long-term competitive value through HR practices
  • Develop a logic and process for linking HR to the business strategy
  • Frame and implement strategic change initiatives

Best practices in developing a business-driven HR strategy that moves HR from an operationally reactive to strategically proactive. HR's role in identifying and building competitive organization capabilities

Implementing HR strategy and understanding HR's role in organizational change. Implementing successful strategic change initiatives
