Strategy Implementation Program

Who Should Attend?

  • Senior managers who are responsible for strategic planning and decision making. General managers, division managers and business planners.

Program Format and Content

This 3 day intensive program will explore issues surrounding the implementation of corporate strategies.   Participants will explore the relationships between structure, systems and strategy implementation.    

This program is structured around a set of panel discussions, breakout discussion groups, and a series of cases and exercises designed to help you:

  • Understand the link between the planning process and executing the plan
  • Explore the relationship between organizational systems and structure and a successful strategy implementation
  • Develop a framework for strategic implementation
