Program Format and Content
This 3 day intensive program will
explore issues surrounding the implementation of corporate strategies. Participants will
explore the relationships between structure, systems and strategy implementation.
This program is structured around a set of panel discussions,
breakout discussion groups, and a series of cases and exercises designed
to help you:
