Program Format and Content

This 3 day intensive program will explore issues surrounding the implementation of corporate strategies. Participants will explore the relationships between structure, systems and strategy implementation.

This program is structured around a set of panel discussions, breakout discussion groups, and a series of cases and exercises designed to help you:

Understand the link between the planning process and executing the plan
Explore the relationship between organizational systems and structure and a successful strategy implementation
Develop a framework for strategic implementation
Identify potential pitfalls in managing strategic change
