Each day at work brings new and different challenges.
One of the greatest challenges is applying the appropriate leadership
behaviors to each situation.
This dynamic two-day program shows you how to diagnose
the needs of any situation and how to most effectively approach and meet
those needs. A highly interactive simulation will be used to give you
step-by-step practice in diagnosing and handling work related situations.

with breaks or lunch in between. It will utilize self-assessments, lecture/discussion,
and simulations to build skill development.
