In this workshop, you will discover why making a difference (instead of being perfect or being all things to all people) is so important. You will identify times when you made a difference. You will examine the degree to which you are “doing time” vs. “killing time” vs. “making time” to make a difference. Dr. Greg Huszczo, expert consultant in the use of personality type (MBTI) will lead the group in discussion, exercises and learning.

The core of your personality type will be identified and the ten key ways people of your personality type have made a difference will be revealed. Hundreds of poignant, funny and everyday life stories will be shared from the five-year study on the connection between personality types and making a difference. Bring your calendar with you because the concluding exercise will assist you in developing two plans: one to make a difference at work and the other to make a difference in one of your relationships using your natural personality traits. Come learn the secret of how different personalities make a difference differently. Let us help you make a habit of making a difference by being yourself.
