Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship
Sponsored by the US. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and administered by the Institute of International Education, this program enables students who have limited financial means to participate in study abroad opportunities worldwide. The program provides awards of up to $5,000 for U.S. citizen undergraduate students at two- and four-year institutions to pursue semester or academic-year long study abroad opportunities in other countries. AIM/OWATC AFRICAN AMERICAN SCHOLARSHIP
To be eligible for the AIM/OWATC African American scholarship the applicant must be an entering or returning African American student. The student is required to write an essay on one of the principles of “The Niagara Movement” which is this year’s theme.

Blacks at Microsoft Scholarships
Blacks at Microsoft (BAM) is a company-sponsored diversity organization dedicated to supporting the continued growth and development of African-American employees at Microsoft Corporation. Each year, BAM awards two $2,500 scholarships to outstanding high school seniors who are interested in pursuing careers in technology. The scholarships are renewable, so winners who continue to meet the criteria will receive an annual $2,500 award for up to four years

The Coca-Cola Scholarship Foundation
The program is open to all high school seniors in the United States from 26,000 high schools. Coca-Cola Scholars come from all 50 states and more than one-third are minorities. The Scholars represent a cross-section of outstanding young people, characterized by their educational excellence, leadership in their schools and commitment to their communities.
We have recently selected our 16th class of Coca-Cola Scholars. This translates to over 3,000 students who have benefited from scholarships totaling nearly $25 million.
