Nipsy More,
Store Owner

Nipsy More owns the Sports World store on Station Street. He has run this business for a number of years, but it has not done well. Nipsy does not live in Rivertown, and now leaves the running of the business to his nephew, Noel.

The building is not being well maintained by the More's, and Mrs. Ima Peeples, who lives behind the store, has complained about the trash accumulating at the back door, where she can see it from her kitchen window.
