Tuition Costs:
Applicants should check EMU's web-site at www.emich.edu or the most current catalog for tuition costs and related fees. For example, the costs for the 2001-2002 school year included a registration fee of $40.00 for each of the fall and winter semesters. Tuition is assessed for all credit hours for which the student is registered. Courses numbered l00-499 are $120.75 per credit hour for Michigan and Ohio residents and $375.00 for non-residents. Courses numbered 500-699 are $215.00 and $440.00 per credit hour respectively. There is also a general fee of $20.00 per credit hour, and a Technology fee of $10.00 per credit hour. All fees and assessments are subject to change by action of the Eastern Michigan University Board of Regents at any time and without prior notice.
