At EMU, WebCT is used for hybrid and web-enhanced classes. It is a fully functional course management system that allows faculty to put a syllbus and other course material online, create group and individual assignments and keep an integrated grade book without having to know HTML or Web editing software. It also gives students access to this material.

What is WebCT Vista?

For many years, WebCT has been producing online course tools that have enabled faculty to create an online presence in an easy and friendly development environment. Vista is WebCT’s latest software release. With the full implementation of Vista, faculty can look forward to a system that integrates with the university’s administrative computing system and the my.emich portal.
