Free 24/7 Help with WebCT

Most problems with WebCT can be taken care of by contacting 24 x 7 support. WebCT support can help students configure their computer to work with WebCT and the use various tools an instructor has made available. 24 x 7 can also help answer faculty technical questions about WebCT tools and how to use them. It is available for faculty and students at EMU, any time, any day of the week. In the unlikely event that the problem you are experiencing is outside their scope of coverage, 24 x 7 will transfer your request to WebCT training and support at EMU.

The 24/7 WebCT Help Desk is available to faculty for technical assistance, technical development issues, and log in problems. It is also available to students for technical assistance and log in issues.

Use the web-based ticket system to fill out a form that gets submitted as a ticket to 24/7 support. Support will then reach you using the contact information you provide.
