Voice over IP
Your Voice over IP (VoIP) phone provides you with voice communication over the same data network that your personal computer uses. Some services that are not available currently on your phone may become available in the future. The following resources are availble to help you learn how to use your phone's features.
- To access a tutorial (including
audio) that demonstrates your
telephone's features

- To download two Quick Reference Guides (PDF file) click here. To print the document double-sided, print page one, flip the paper, place it back in the paper tray and print side two.
- To download a Voice Message Option Quide (PDF file) click here. To print the document double-sided, print pages 1-3, flip the paper, place it back in the paper tray and print pages 4-6.
- To view the VoIP Flow Chart (PowerPoint file) click here. This chart is poster size 36 x 48. To view it in detail, save it to your desktop and zoom in and out as needed. It will be updated as changes are made to the menu structure.
