Course Creation Request Form

If you are currently using WebCT or have completed WebCT Vista training, you may use this form to request a WebCT course. Your course will be created within three business days. You will be contacted when it is ready. Complete the information requested below and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to request your WebCT Vista course.

Please submit only one form per course. Multiple sections and CRNs for the same course can be submitted on a single form.
