Hotel The conference hotel is the Ypsilanti Marriott Eagle Crest Conference Resort. We have reserved a block of rooms for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. The room rate is $115 plus 8% applicable taxes. To make reservations, contact the hotel directly at 734.487.2000 or 800.228.9290, ask for Reservations and identify yourself as a LOEX conference attendee. Please do not reserve your room until you receive a registration confirmation from LOEX.
If you will be traveling by air, fly into the Detroit Metro/Wayne County Airport, approximately 14 miles east of Ypsilanti. You will need to take a cab or rent a car to get to the conference hotel. A taxi from the airport to the Ypsilanti Marriott at Eagle Crest will cost approximately $20. If you are traveling by car, please use the map available off the hotel's home page. Parking is free for hotel guests. Please do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until you have registered for the conference. |
