ATCS services for the University Community

Academic Technology and Computing Services is located in the Halle library and is a department within the Information and Communications Technology division. ATCS is composed of the following teams:

Computer Labs
ICT computer labs are open to all current students, faculty and staff. We offer a variety of software packages. We have locations in the Halle library, McKenny Union and Owen.

Help Desk
Central help desk services are provided by telephone, email and walk-up service.

Instructional Technologists
Our Instructional Technologists design and present workshops on a variety of technology topics. They also develop brochures and are currently planning the roll-out and pilot testing of Vista, the new WebCT product. Additionally, they are supporting the Banner implementation with training and documentation.

Technical Services
Technology Services maintains the servers that support ATCS services.
