IT has licensed anti-virus software for use on student, faculty and staff computers. You must have your my.emich username and password to access these files.


The IT Help Desk provides a wide range of computer support for faculty, staff, and students on campus. This includes support for my.emich, desktop hardware and software, as well as ResNet assistance for students living in residence halls.

Fall Semester Hours

The IT Help Desk provides walk-up service at the Help Desk Window in room 106 of the Halle Library and phone service at 734.487.2120 from:

Monday-Thursday 8am - 8pm

Friday 8am-5pm
