Academic Technology and Computing Services is located in the Halle library and is a department within the Information and Communications Technology division.

ATCS is committed to facilitating computer use on Eastern Michigan University's campus and maintaining the technology to make these services run smoothly. Support documentation is readily available and kept up-to-date.

Faculty, staff and currently enrolled students have access to training through ICT Training & Workshops. Staff and faculty can acquire additional skills to manage computer tasks using Banner and WebCT.

The HelpDesk provides walk-up help in addition to help by phone or email requests for computer users at Eastern Michigan University. The HelpDesk has the latest virus information and antivirus software updates online. Faculty, staff and students can get connected from their home computers using instructions provided on the Helpdesk webpages.

ICT Computer Labs, located in the Halle library, McKenny Union and Owen, have computer hardware and software to help all members of the campus community work on their latest projects.
