Starting this spring, B Young – B Fit will be offering new and exciting group fitness classes, individualized personal training, nutritional planning and all other types of services that will improve your health and wellness.

To sign up, visit the Rec/IM front counter to register. You must be a current Rec/IM member or enrolled student to participate in the program. A pass can be purchased on your student account or payroll deduction.

Adventure Cycle:
This indoor group cycling class is a lot like spinning but with a FUN twist! Your instructor & a visual projection will simulate a real-life road course. You will go up and down hills, over jumps and through speed intervals by using your specially designed bike. This is a great cardio workout and a lot of FUN too!
Aqua Aerobics:
Enjoy an efficient workout in our Club pool without the impact on your joints & bones. This class is designed to strengthen your whole body while utilizing the resistance of the water with paddles. Benefit from your workout without feeling any pain.
Fitball:
Sculpt and tone your body by using the fit ball and free-weight resistance. This class includes an array of strength training exercises with dumbbells, body bars and medicine balls all while incorporating core muscles by using the “Swiss ball”. Each exercise uses multiple muscle groups to give you the most efficient workout possible.
Krav Maga:
Learn how to defend yourself while conditioning not only your body but your mind as well. This class teaches you self-defense tactics with real-life scenarios and also gives you a great cardio workout. Take your life into your own hands!

PIYO:
This class combines movements from both Pilates and Yoga to give you the best of both worlds. Learn how to use principles of centering, concentration, control, precision and breathing to improve your strength and flexibility. This is another great workout with very little impact.
Total BOSU:
Challenge yourself in a full-body workout by using the NEW BOSU Ball. This class is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance while strengthening your upper and lower body. The BOSU ball will target your core muscles in every way possible. This is a great class for people of all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or an athlete.
Zumba:
Do you like to dance? Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout designed to be FUN and Easy To Do! Learn steps to mambo, salsa and meringue all while getting a great workout. Routines include dance steps & resistance training combined to sculpt your body while burning fat.
