Description

Challenge yourself in a full-body workout by using the BOSU Ball. This class is designed to identify and strengthen your inner as well as outer core muscles. This is a great class for people of all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or an athlete! Be ready to be introduced to some "new muscles" that you never knew you had.
