The past year has been such a wonderful turning point for the EMU Rec/IM as we moved forward with our very own Group Fitness program! We have loved being able to provide free classes, fitness guidance, information about personal training, and of course, The Get Fit Challenge, to increase your awareness about your health, mind, and body through nutritional seminars, fitness classes, and events on campus.
We are currently in the works of trying to make this happen again for you this year. Please be patient with us, and stay tuned for more information about what the Fall 2014 semester can hold for you! Our goal is to do everything in our power to make your goals a reality.
The new Group Fitness Registration Form for the Fall 2014 semester will soon be available online. You must be registered for classes in order to attend!
In the event that campus is closed, fitness classes will also be cancelled until campus is reopened. Class changes and cancellations will be updated through the Rec/IM website. In addition, if you are unable to access the schedule in PDF format, all classes are available for viewing on the Rec/IM Group Fitness Calendar.
