The past year has been such a wonderful turning point for the EMU Rec/IM as we moved forward with our very own Group Fitness program! We have loved being able to provide free classes, fitness guidance, and information about personal training.
We are still trying to make The Get Fit Challenge - Winter 2015, a reality. Meanwhile, we are consistently striving to improve our collaborations on campus, and increase your awareness about your health, mind, and body through nutritional seminars, fitness classes, and events on campus.
We are so excited to make this happen again for you this year!! We will keep you updated with fitness, nutrition, and wellness-related events and opportunities you can take not only in the Rec/IM, but all over campus as well. Our goal is to do everything in our power to make your goals a reality.
Print out the Group Fitness Registration Form, fill it out, and turn it into the front counter of the Rec/IM, or you can obtain one from the front counter when you come in!
Make sure you have your Student ID or Rec/IM Membership Card EVERY TIME you attend a class.

In the event that campus is closed, fitness classes will also be cancelled until campus is reopened. Class changes and cancellations will be updated through the Rec/IM website. In addition, if you are unable to access the schedule in PDF format, all classes are available for viewing on the Rec/IM Group Fitness Calendar.
