This class fuses together concepts from Pilates and yoga to create a dynamic strength-training workout. This unique exercise class will improve balance and flexibility while sculpting long, lean muscles. Core conditioning ensures a challenging and productive workout. PIYO is non-impact, but you can still expect to sweat.
A valid group fitness ID or day pass is required for participation in any class.
