Women with Weights

Description

Are you intimidated to go in the weight room? Are you unsure what to do with free weights and/or some of the strength equipment in the Rec/IM fitroom? Whether you are new to lifting weights or at an advanced level this is a class designed to take away all of those fears and build strong women. You will become familiar with the equipment used in the gym as well as progressing towards the Olympic lifts, gaining knowledge on safety, using the correct form and conditioning exercises. Empower your body and mind while gaining all around strength!

A valid group fitness ID or day pass is required for participation in any class.
