My fitness journey started after high school graduation, after investing many years into the sport of wrestling once I stepped off the mat for the last time I began to question what the future would hold for me. Many others before me had graduated and gained an unhealthy amount of weight and regressed into old sedentary habits, I didn’t want that to happen to me. I decided I was going to invest my time and energy into staying in shape and adopting a healthier lifestyle. After much time spent learning and building my own body, I decided I wanted to compete in a Classic physique show. I managed to lose nearly 60 pounds and achieved the physique I had always dreamed of having. Afterwards, I knew that if changing my body and my mindset could bring me this much fulfillment, and happiness in all aspects of life, I could help others do the same.

I believe I am best suited for Training clients with Strength & conditioning as well as weight loss goals. My approach to training is to educate a client on safe and effective training practices to optimize success in achieving any given fitness goal. I emphasize Multi joint movements accompanied by single joint movements as a way to effectively facilitate muscular growth & development.
