At a very young age, Jason found love for sports. Because of this passion, he has maintained an active lifestyle, from earning a 3rd degree black belt, to running some college track. "Sports have always been a major part of my life. I haven't participated in organized sports in over 4 years, but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop training. At heart, I'm still an athlete, minus the competing." Due to his lifelong participation in a wide-variety of sports, he has gained extensive experience and valuable knowledge of what to do in the weight room, and how to do it. "The first time I stepped into a weight room was in the 6th grade and I instantly fell in love. Back then and though my freshmen year of college, I used the weight room only to better myself as athlete, but now exercising is what I love, it's a hobby!"
Currently, Jason is in his last semester at Eastern Michigan University in pursuit of a degree in Sports Medicine-Exercise Science.
"If it were easy, then everyone would be doing it. Dare to be different." and "Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good!"
