Jeff has been an athlete for most of his life and has always enjoyed being physically active. He has a strong background in kinesiology after taking several courses at Hope College, Western Michigan University, and Eastern Michigan University. As a certified trainer, he possesses the necessary skills to help others achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
