As a Soldier, I rely greatly on my fitness level – as well as the fitness level of others. I have been greatly motivated and inspired by fellow Soldiers who have overcome injuries due to their physical strength and endurance, mental toughness, and pure grit.
As a Personal Trainer, I believe that health and wellness should be accessible, affordable, and tailored to specific needs. Whether you are seeking an improved quality of life, a healthy body composition, greater athletic ability, or any other goal, personal training can get you there by expanding your knowledge, confidence, and capability.
I have always loved sports from a social and physical aspect. In college, I played rugby for Central Michigan (Go Rebels!). Now, I do CrossFit, but outside the gym walls I try to take advantage of Michigan's seasons by running, hiking, cycling, snowshoeing and ice climbing.
