Personal Training

Personal training allows you to work with an enthusiastic, certified personal trainer. Your trainer will work along with you to develop, implement and modify a fitness program that is specifically designed for you and your goals. Reasons for personal training include:

Training Options

Initial Fitness Assessment* | Cost: $35.00

Start off by letting us assess your current fitness level and determine what type of fitness program will work best for you. We take the time to talk with our clients and assess your unique situation in order to create an individual plan to reach and exceed your fitness goals! Testing may include initial measurements, goal setting, suggested target heart rate, muscular strengths / weaknesses / imbalances, flexibility and much more. We will show you not only how to "work hard" in the gym but how to "work smart" to be in the best shape of your life!

Facility Equipment Orientation* | Cost: $30.00

Learn how to use the Rec/IM facilities like a seasoned professional. Let one of our certified fitness professionals train you on how to use any or all of the Rec/IM state-of-the-art weight or cardio machines. With proper instruction you will minimize your risk of personal injury and maximize your confidence to workout!

Intro-to-Fitness** | Cost: $145.00

This package is ideal for those people who only need a jump-start to get started on an exercise routine. You will receive one (1) initial fitness assessment and three (3) one-hour personal training sessions to implement your individualized fitness program.

Package Deals

If you are looking for big-time results, multiple session packages allow you to receive one-on-one instruction and motivation from a certified fitness professional. Your trainer will be able to adjust and modify your exercise program as your fitness level increases. You will be held accountable as well as progressively pushed to reach higher levels of fitness and ultimately see faster results!!! This is the best way to truly develop long-term healthy habits and lifestyle changes.

Individual Rates
  • One (1) session: $50*
  • 10 sessions: $40 per session*
  • 30 sessions: $35 per session*
  • 60+ sessions: $30 per session*

Group Rates

Groups of two to three people allowed to evenly split the cost/session. Fitness assessments are required for each participant prior to first session. Each person must participate in each session.
