-University of Michigan Olympic Strength and Conditioning Intern for Fall 2011
-Has experience working with MMA and golf athletes
My Philosophy:
-Fitness is 70% nutrition and 30% physical activity, but in order to achieve success, you need both! Nothing worth having in life comes easy, so work hard, fuel your body with nutritious food, and maintain physical fitness even after goals have been exceeded. Endorphins are nice too, because you’ll feel as good as you look!
