NEW BODY CHALLENGE

Better health, Better life.

Winter semester New Body Challenge will start February 2nd - Presentation/Event schedule will be posted on or before January 16th. Sign up today to secure your spot, we will only take the first 25 participants!

All nutritional workshops will be held at 6:30pm on the 5 th floor of the Rec/IM.

Zia's Weight Loss Boot camp will be held every Tuesdays and Thursday at 6:30pm. Locations will vary week by week.

Pre-challenge and post-challenge testing will be held throughout the week, times and locations TBD.
