Francine Parker - Vice Chair
Francine Parker was appointed by Governor Granholm in January 2007 to replace Joseph Antonini, whose term expired in December 2006. Parker is the Executive Director of the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust, which provides health care benefits to UAW retirees. Parker, who has more than 40 years of healthcare experience, retired as president and CEO of Health Alliance Plan in 2008.
She serves as chair of the Personnel and Compensation committee, chair of the Faculty Affairs committee and vice chair of the Educational Policies committee. She is appointed for a term expiring Dec. 2014.
