Here you will receive assistance
with questions or problems regarding your undergraduate
or graduate academic record as well as any registration
issues. Service hours are:
The service counter is also open during the fall and winter semesters from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Saturday before classes start and the first Saturday of the term.
** If the first Saturday is a holiday, then the
office will be open the following week's Saturday
The following services are available
in the Office of Records and Registration:
- Class schedule books
- Total withdrawal requests
- Individual course withdrawals or drops for students with holds
- Enrollment verification/deferment forms
- Late registration for students with prior departmental authorization
- Declaration of class audit
- Removal of Pass/Fail
- Evaluation of transfer credit and tabulation of credit reports
- Processing of course substitutions and waivers
- Undergraduate graduation audit
- Undergraduate re-enrollment applications
- 400/500 course level processing
- Application for graduation (payment through Cashier’s Office)
- Eastern Michigan University transcripts (ordered through Cashier’s Office)
Please do not send another person to handle your Records and Registration business! By federal law, we can only accept transaction requests from the student, with photo identification and a signature
UNIVERSITY REGISTRATION POLICY
All students must use the web-based registration process through the my.emich system. Computers are available in the Office of Records and Registration, 303 Pierce. Computer labs are located in the following buildings:

In addition to registration, the following services are now processed online through the my.emich system:

Student Schedules are available online through your my.emich account (Campus Pipeline) using the following navigation:

Go to http://my.emich.edu and log in to your my.emich account.

Click on the STUDENT tab at the top of the screen.

Scroll down

Click on the STUDENT SERVICES AND FINANCIAL AID link.

Click on the REGISTRATION link.

Click on the STUDENT DETAIL SCHEDULE.

Select a term and click Submit.

Print a hard copy if desired.To be sure “Eastern Michigan University is included on your print-out, from your browser, click File and select Print Preview. Make sure your print setting is set to “As laid out on Screen”.
Effective fall 2003, printed grade mailers will no longer be mailed to students. Grades and GPA information for the current term can be accessed online at your convenience through your my.emich account (Campus Pipeline) using the following navigation:

through your
my.emich account
using the following navigation:

Go to http://my.emich.edu and log in to your my.emich account.Click on the STUDENT tab at the top of the screen.

Scroll down.

Click on the STUDENT AND FINANCIAL AID link.

CLICK on the STUDENT RECORDS link.

Click on the ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT link.
-
Select “All Levels” for the Transcript Option, click Submit.

Print a hard copy if desired.
