If it has been more than eight terms since you last registered for classes at Eastern Michigan University, you must re-enroll before you can register for classes.

Undergraduate Students:

Undergraduate students can re-enroll at the Office of Records & Registration by completing a "Re-Enrollment Application". This form can also be printed from our forms library. The completed form can be faxed to 734.487.6808 or mailed to the Office of Records and Registration. The mailing address is indicated on the form. Graduate Students :

Graduate students can re-enroll at the Office of Admissions by completing a "Graduate Student Enrollment Change Form".This form can also be printed from our forms library. The completed form can be faxed to 734.487.6559 or mailed to the Office of Admissions. The mailing address is indicated on the form.

A one-time records initiation fee of $82.00 will be charged to all re- enrolling students upon registration.
