EMU Research

Training

All investigators are encouraged to complete Responsible Conduct of Research via the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) program at http://www.citiprogram.org. All investigators who are supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation or who are supported by a National Institutes of Health training grant, career development award, research education grant, or dissertation research grant must obtain this training.

The Office of Research Compliance provides additional training on Responsible Conduct of Research.  In-person workshops are held monthly in Halle Library.  Please click here to view the schedule for the Responsible Conduct of Research, and other training opportunities.  

The Research Compliance Officer is available upon request to schedule individual or small-group trainings. Laboratory and record-management consultations are also available upon request. Please contact Sonia Chawla at schawlaw@emich.edu to schedule a consultation or training session.
