601 West Forest

This historical house consists of four apartments that are conveniently located on the south-east edge of main campus. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

Married couples and/or applicants with dependents are not permitted to reside in this complex.

Please take a moment to review the 601 West Forest Contract Addendum, which outlines additional, specific policies for this complex.

West Forest

Apartment One: Two Bedroom (Double)
Apartment One is the basement apartment; given its location, the apartments offers a unique rock wall in the living room and has large storage closets under the stairs and in the living room. Both bedrooms have a built-in closet and shelf areas. This unit is required to fill as a double; you must sign up for this unit with a roommate or we will assign another student to the second bed space.

Apartment Two: Three Bedroom (Quad)
Apartment Two is located on the ground level and has a separate, private entrance. The three bedrooms can accommodate up to four single tenants with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. This unit is required to fill as a quad; you must sign up for this unit with three roommates or we will assign other students to the other bed spaces.

Apartment Three: Two Bedroom (Triple)
Apartment Three is located on the second level, with the main entrance door up one flight of stairs. Large windows accentuate the ample kitchen area, making the common areas of this apartment shine. This unit is required to fill as a triple (one single and one double room); you must sign up for this unit with two other roommates or we will assign other students to the other bed spaces.

Apartment Four: Two Bedroom (Quad)
Apartment Four spans two levels; the kitchen and living room are on the second floor of the house, while the bathroom and two bedrooms are located on the third floor. This unit is required to fill as a quad; you must sign up for this unit with three other roommates or we will assign other students to the other bed spaces.

Please note: The circular room on the second floor, accessed through the large closet, is not for resident use and is locked-off.
