	First Year Center This complex consists of four halls (Walton, Putnam, Phelps, and Sellers). This community recognizes that first year students will need assistance in their transition to EMU.
	Occupancy: Double RATES Freshmen only APPLY
	Wise Hall Centrally located between the First Year Center and the Honors Halls, adjacent to the Commons dining center, offering double rooms and community bathrooms at a reduced room rate for the price-conscious student.
	Occupancy: Double RATES Freshmen only APPLY
	Best Hall Adjacent to the Commons dining center, this community is one of the two Honors halls. Incoming students must be pre-admitted to the Honors College or admitted with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
	Occupancy: Double RATES Freshmen only APPLY
	Downing Hall Adjacent to the Commons dining center, this community is one of the two Honors halls. Incoming students must be pre-admitted to the Honors College.
	Occupancy: Double RATES Honors freshmen and upperclass APPLY
	Buell Hall Buell is a four person suite style offering residents shared bathroom and living area. Located adjacent to The Commons dining venue and across from the Rec/IM building, Buell is reserved for upperclassmen and transfer students.
	Occupancy: Double RATES Upperclass only APPLY
	The Village This apartment style residence hall offering four bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, and large living area, is typically reserved for upperclass and transfer students with a minimum GPA of 2.5. First year students are eligible to live in the International/Study Abroad House. Single and double bedroom options are available.
	Occupancy: Double and Single RATES Upperclass APPLY
	Pittman Hall Known as one of "The Towers," this hall is adjacent to the CrossRoads MarketPlace dining venue. Single rooms with full size beds are offered for upperclass students  and double rooms are offered for First Year students.
	Occupancy: Double and Single RATES Freshmen and Upperclass APPLY
	Hill Hall Adjacent to the  CrossRoads MarketPlace dining venue reserved for upperclassmen, offers single rooms with full sized beds.
	Occupancy:Single RATES Upperclass only APPLY
	Hoyt Hall Known as one of "The Towers," this hall is adjacent to the CrossRoads MarketPlace dining venue. Single rooms with full size beds and double rooms are offered for upperclass students.
