STEP 2

Write an essay of no more than 500 words describing your leadership/involvement in organizations, activities, and issues that promote a positive gay/lesbian environment. The essay must be word-processed and double-spaced on 8 1/2 x 11 paper, using at least a size 12 font and one-inch margins.
