Advisory Board
This Advisory Board is comprised of industry professionals representing lodging, food & beverage, casino, allied operations and industry educators.
The five areas we are working on are:
- Program Marketing
- Enrollment Management
- Curriculum Evolution
- Student Placement
- Development
For the first time, we are under-going undergraduate program accreditation review. With input from the advisory board the undergraduate and graduate curriculum has been dramatically revised. We have also begun the work on the Kitchen Renovation Campaign and have several events planned.
