Faculty
The faculty comprises educators who have years of experience
in the classroom as well as in the hotel, restaurant, event
management and catering industries. They remain active participants
in many hotel and restaurant professional associations in
order to be familiar with of developments in the field. They
also pursue a variety of scholarly endeavors related to improving
student performance in the classroom, strategic management,
customer satisfaction and financial performance.
