Faculty & Staff

The faculty is comprised of educators who have years of experience in the classroom as well as in the hotel, restaurant, event management, and catering fields. They remain active participants in many hotel and restaurant professional associations in order to keep current with developments in the industry. They also pursue a variety of scholarly endeavors related to improving student performance in the classroom, strategic management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
