A 30-credit master’s degree in hotel and restaurant management opens new professional doors and opportunities by building relevant skills that maximize career potential. A master’s of science in hotel and restaurant management is available to students who have received a bachelor’s degree and want to update their management skills, change careers or obtain teaching vocational certification. Students may complete the required 30 graduate credits enrolled as a part-time or full-time student based on their individual needs.
Program coursework
The master’s of science in hotel and restaurant management provides individuals who have a variety of professional, academic and advanced specialized abilities to further develop their analytical, management and communication skills necessary to be successful in hospitality management.
